"Misty Blue Abstract #1 and #2 are a pair of paintings that feature whites, greys and a multitude of blues. They each have an individual distinct feel with #1 featuring two uplifting arcs and #2 featuring a crescent. They are extremely complex with multiple washes, interesting brushwork, thick applications of paint with palette knives and the use of unusual tools. They are highly textured and intriguing when viewed up close and also dynamic when viewed from afar.
